The Sommardahl Fellowship is an accelerator program designed for developers at any level to hyper-focus on high-impact technical skills in order to reach the next level in their career. Fellows are assessed and given a custom learning pathway, then provided coaching and 1-on-1 mentoring throughout the 12-month program.
