These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Dev Amplifier's coaching program and related applications.
By using the coaching program and related applications, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Dev Amplifier's coaching program and related applications if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and "Us", refers to Dev Amplifier. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

You must not use this coaching program and related applications to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy
Dev Amplifier offers a satisfaction guarantee and refund under the following conditions:
If you are not satisfied with our coaching program and related applications, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will be provided in accordance with the applicable payment processor's policies.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dev Amplifier, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this coaching program and related applications, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our coaching program and related applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
